            To get the information from the teacher, stored it in the only portable memory, which is inside the head, because that is how information was being transported from teacher to student and then used in the world. As a teacher we must know what best tactic to teach our students so they can absorb everything we taught them, like give them authentic experience which allowed them to learn by themselves through trial and error.
            In this video the speaker mostly talk about her experience through her teaching career. She have teach in little town in Kansas, then to Arizona, then to Pennsylvania, then to Philadelphia. The main point in this video is, if we continue to look at education as if it's about going to school to get the information, knowledge and not about learning through experience, empowering student voice and embracing failure, we're missing something very important. And everything that everybody is talking about today isn't possible if we keep having an educational system that does not value these qualities, because we won't get there with a standardized test, and we won't get there with a culture of one right answer. We must know how to do better, and it's time to do better.

Vocabularies mastering or diction played an important role in a language, especially in the writing activity. The choice of vocabulary could describe the writers knowledge. Writing is a way to produce language and express idea, feeling, and opinion. Writing is a process that what we write is often heavily influenced by constraints of genres, than these elements has to present in learning activities.
