1. The Positive Impact
Globalization has making many chances to sharing knowledge, technology, social value, and behavioral norms and development promotion such as individual, organizations, communities, and societies all around the world.
Few advantage of globalization is:
•           Global sharing of knowledge
•           Mutual Support
•           Creating values and Rising efficiency
•           Increasing Universal Understanding, collaboration, harmony, and acceptance.
•           Lightening communications, interactions, and encouraging multi-cultural contributions     at different levels among countries.
2. The Negative Impact
Besides giving positive impacts Globalization also have negative impacts such as:
•           Adding extra gap in technology and digital between countries.
•           Making more legitimate chances to make new colonization of developing countries by             advanced countries.
•           Increasing inequalities and conflicts between areas and cultures.
Any process, either formal or informal, that shapes the potential of a maturing organism. Informal education results from the constant effect of environment         and its strength in shaping values and habits cannot be overestimated. Formal education is a conscious effort by human society to impart the skills and modes of thought considered essential for social functioning. Techniques of   instruction often reflect the attitudes of society, i.e., authoritarian groups typically sponsor dogmatic methods, while democratic systems may emphasize freedom of thought. (Online Encyclopedia, 2011).
From these lofty ideals and ideas about education that started by building establishment of public schools are now being shadowed or overridden by          the endless waves of globalization. Even when old ideals of education still exist to this day. Because of modern life style and Globalization, the parents          forgot the reasons why they send their children to the school. By living in this modern world many people view Education as a passport of making a good life that only promises materials gain.

Ranup Lam Puan Dance This traditional dance in aceh, it is called Ranup Lam Puan dance. One of Aceh's life philosophies is upholding high hospitality in welcoming guests. This Life Philosophy is so visible in the Acehnese daily life, even at their art and culture. One of them is through “Ranup Lampuan Dance”. Ranup Lampuan in the Acehnese language means Sirih Dalam Puan or Betel on the tray. Puan is Acehnese typical betel tray. The role of the students in the silent way teaching method . Gattegno sees language learning as a process of personal growth re­sulting from growing Student awareness and self-challenge. The learner first experiences a "random or almost random feeling of the area of activity in question until one finds one or more cornerstones to build on.
